The favourite for the final was Darma who had got pole in time trials, won the 3 heats and the pre final. But a crash 2 laps into the final ruined his chances. Then Daim, racing for the first time in Junior, crossed the finish line in first position, followed by Sasakorn. But Daim was disqualified for a mere 500 grams and Sasakorn got a 3 second penalty. Then the winner was Arjun Maini who was joining AKOC for the first time! You will soon read more on Arjuna, the hero of the Mahabharata epic, in our Angkor guidebook, but this is another story...
It has been 6 months since the last article published by KartingPhotography. No 2011 news and worse, Presley is still waiting for the article on the 2010 Indonesian round!






What can possibly be a better start of the year for a website devoted to karting than 9 pages in VROOM? This is what we got in the January issue. Last year we could not devote as much time as we would have liked to karting but yet, we are happy to have continued contributing to increase the exposure of Asian karting on the international scene, thanks to VROOM and to AKOC. Which means a lot of work in 2011 to keep up the pace...
