The biggest karting event of the season is coming in less than a month now. From October 7 to October 11 the Kartodromo de Coloane will host the CIK FIA 2009 World Karting Championship, a first for Asia as the meeting usually takes place in Europe. The KF3 Asia-Pacific Championship will be the other CIK race of the meeting. We do not have the entry lists yet as the deadline for registration was September 9.
And the "support" race, round 5 of the AKOC Championship, promises to be the super event of the Asian karting season. There are a little more than 100 entries! Expect a packed paddock at Macau!

The Thai organisers re-scheduled round 5 of the National Championship so that it would not interfere at all with AKOC Macau (initially it was one week before AKOC, which would have created logistic problems to most Thai drivers). Thank you Khun Deo, Thailand is doing better than its neighbour.
